You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Beauty Couriers is a local beauty supply pickup and delivery marketplace connecting three types of users:

Beauty Couriers acts solely as a technology platform facilitating transactions between these parties. We are not a retailer, employer of couriers, or party to the sale of any products.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beautycouriers.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or transactions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user, supplier, or courier.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

• Orders placed through the Service constitute a binding agreement between the customer and the supplier once confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
• Beauty Couriers collects a service fee on each transaction. This fee is disclosed at checkout.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may vary based on supplier policies and the nature of the order.

Couriers using the Service are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Beauty Couriers. As a courier you:

• Are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and any other legally required permits for your jurisdiction.
• Agree to handle all deliveries with care and professionalism.
• Understand that your real-time location is shared with customers and suppliers during active deliveries.

• Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Suppliers must fulfill accepted orders promptly and maintain product quality consistent with their listings.
• Beauty Couriers reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that repeatedly fail to fulfill orders or violate these Terms.
• Payouts to suppliers are processed according to the payout schedule set forth in the platform settings.

The Service requires access to your device's location (to connect you with nearby stores and enable delivery tracking) and camera/photo library (to scan barcodes or upload product images). You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings; however, some features may not function without them.

We send push notifications for order status updates, delivery alerts, and other service communications. You may opt out of non-essential notifications through your device settings at any time.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of Beauty Couriers LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Couriers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Beauty Couriers in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty Couriers LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
